Does Sound Credit offer a free-trial?
Yes, the Sound Credit Portal comes with a free trial, however the plug-in is entirely free.
How many devices can I have the Credit Portal on?
You can have the Sound Credit Portal on up to three devices.
Is my data held in a proprietary format?
All Sound Credit data is held in a format that can be read by virtually any system. Additionally, we have an extensive backup and succession plan for all data uploaded to Sound Credit.
Should I use the desktop app, mobile app or plugin?
We encourgage you to try all three and see which works best for your workflow. The desktop app is the only application that allows multiple exports, so it is vital if you are looking to export credits in formats other than simple lists.
Are the kiosks available to the public?
At this time, any studio can request a kiosk, however they are primarily being placed at leading studios in the US and UK.
